Last week Jen cut down the huge trees/bushes/overgrowth in the front of the house. You can actually see that there's a house back there! Nik took off the old railing with the vinyl siding, and put up a new railing that Nik & Matt made before the house even closed. Just these two things has made such a difference in the appearance of the exterior of the house. A couple of people in the neighborhood have commented on the difference, which is encouraging. Next we need to paint the posts and refinish the porch floor. After we will will work on some improved landscaping for the front yard.
