296 Summer Street

The bungalow on 296 Summer Street was built in 1918. It is 1,350 square feet, has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and is on 0.22 acres. The house does not have a kitchen, needs some landscaping, painting on the inside and removal of wallpaper, a renovated bathroom, renovations to the porch, and other small updates. The goal is to flip the house, doing all of the renovations in March, and have it back up on the market in April. Everyone is really excited and is busy thinking of ideas and projects for the house from what kind of countertops we should install to serving chocolate chip cookies at the open house. Everyone has a lot of work cut out for themselves, but this should be an exciting and fun journey. The hopes of this blog are to show the progress of the house from start to finish!
